WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email, company details, and the records you create or import into the platform. We also keep standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps) for security monitoring.
HOW WE USE IT
Your data is used to run the services you signed up for: your CRM records, invoices, maps and media. We never sell your data, and we never use one account's data for another account. Every record is isolated to your account and protected by FROST Security at the query level.
WHERE IT LIVES
Data is stored on infrastructure we operate, encrypted in transit. Files are managed by DA-M, our digital asset system, with content-addressed storage and full audit trails.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can export or delete your account data at any time. Contact us and we will complete the request within 30 days.
